Delivery Method

HumanNutrients uses Royal Mail or DPD for delivery. The cost of postage is applied to the final cost of your shopping basket when making a purchase.

Confirmation and Shipping

‍We supply products directly from the UK HumanNutrients Headquarters. We will confirm your order within 24 hours and will ship it on the next day if the order is received before 6pm GMT.

Delivery Time

‍UK delivery takes between 2-4 business days. International delivery usually takes between 7-10 business days.

Returns Policy

‍On the rare occasion that your product should arrive in a faulty or damaged condition:

(a)Please contact us at info@humannutrients.com and describe the reason for the return. 
(b)We will provide return shipping information and you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the product and shipping cost. 
(c)Please remember that we cannot refund returns for products that have been opened or deliberately tampered with, or, where the product is returned incomplete or used.
(d)Your statutory rights are not affected.
